Com o objetivo de proporcionar acolhimento a população que sofre os impactos psicológicos provocados pela pandemia da Covid-19, a Prefeitura de Feira de Santana, através da Secretaria de Saúde, implantou um serviço de teleatendimento com psicólogos chamado Telepsicologia.
Estas consultas podem ser realizadas mediante agendamento prévio, aberto para toda a população, basta estar com acesso ao telefone e internet no dia e horário agendado.
Os agendamentos podem ser feitos através do link: http://feira.voipy.com.br:8091/IDSSauderegulacao/saudetransparente.dll?Programa=SOLICITACAO-TELECONSULTA, disponibilizado no site da Prefeitura.
Para realizar o agendamento o paciente deve informar o número do CPF e informações adicionais serão solicitadas, como número de telefone e e-mail.
Em casos de desistência da consulta o paciente deve informar em até 24h no mesmo link, caso ultrapasse esse prazo ficará impedido de realizar novo agendamento por quinze dias.
