As compras feitas através de plataformas online, como Shein e AliExpress, vão ficar ainda mais caras a partir da próxima terça-feira (1º) em dez estados, inclusive na Bahia. Esta é a data em que as unidades da federação vão aumentar a alíquota de Imposto sobre Circulação de Mercadorias e Serviços (ICMS) nas compras realizadas através dos sites de marketplaces.
O Comitê Nacional de Secretários de Fazenda, Finanças, Receita ou Tributação dos Estados e do Distrito Federal (Comsefaz) decidiu subir a alíquota de ICMS nas remessas internacionais de 17% para 20%.
O aumento, no entanto, será adotado apenas para remessas postais e expressas importadas pelo Regime de Tributação Simplificada (RTS).
Estados que terão aumento
Ao todo, dez estados terão aumento no ICMS: Acre, Alagoas, Bahia, Ceará, Minas Gerais, Paraíba, Piauí, Rio Grande do Norte, Roraima e Sergipe.
Os demais optaram por não subir a alíquota de ICMS.
